Virgil Scudder's Programs

Virgil Scudder & Associates offers a wide range of media, presentation and crisis communication programs, seminars and lectures. While the majority of our clients choose one-day or two-day programs, we can design a program of any length to meet client needs. Following are brief descriptions of some of the most popular programs.

Media Training

The Media Training program teaches business, professional, and government communicators how to strategize and deliver a winning interview. Simulations include in-studio television, over the phone radio interviews, print interviews, stand-up or ambush TV interviews, call-in radio shows, and news conferences. The training is offered one-on-one or in small groups.

Presentation Training

ExecUSpeak, our presentation training program, brings dramatic improvement in the executive's presentation technique and self-confidence in a short time. Program elements include speech organization, conquering nervousness, vocal techniques, body language, effective Q&A, and developing a compelling speaking style.

Crisis Communication

Major companies call on us before, during, and after the crisis. Our offerings include:

• Crisis preparation programs.

• On-scene crisis consulting.

• Image rebuilding.

Convention Programs

Virgil Scudder & Associates offers a wide variety of convention programs and seminars. These programs are entertaining, informative and memorable.

The following are a few examples:

Public Speaking "Exorcising the Demons" Ten steps to speaking success.
